Learn tools to promote sexual health and experience sex education that is comprehensive, inclusive, and skills-based for yourself!
How do we ensure that our teens receive the sexual health education they need and deserve? As a parent or guardian, approaching this topic can feel overwhelming or awkward. This workshop offers a place to start.
During this 1 hour, virtual workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
- Examine your own experiences with sex education while growing up
- Experience skills-based, inclusive sex education in a safe learning environment for yourself
- Develop tools to assess the information that your teen is receiving about sexual health in different settings, such as school, social media, peers, etc.
- Learn action steps to promote lifelong sexual health and well-being from adolescence, onwards.
