Together we will be taking a closer look at ‘Being our authentic selves’ and what this means to each of us. We will look at the barriers such as family and cultural pressures and look at ways to reducing these to live happier, healthier lives that we deserve.
What does it mean to be authentic?
What barriers exist that prevent us from living our authentic lives?
In what ways can we reduce these barriers?
