Coaching isn’t therapy, but it can be therapeutic. The language clients use in coaching sessions provide you with valuable clues as to how a particular problems has been structured in their mind. If you know what to look for, you’ll know how to help. That’s what this webinar teaches – the “how-to” of conversational change work in coaching.

If you understand what’s happening at the level of language you will have a significant advantage over most coaches – and even many therapists.

But that’s not all you’ll learn. Neuroscience shows us neuroplasticity and memory reconsolidation are always happening in coaching and therapy, whether we know it or not. If you understand how it works you can use this to your (and your clients’) advantage. I’ll show you exactly how to do that.

“I learned more about the practical aspects of psychotherapy from Greg’s 2-hour presentation than I did in some of the courses in my doctoral grad school program!”

Andrea Bernard, Ph.D. Licensed Clinical Psychologist

This webinar combines elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Humanistic Neuro-Linhuistic Psychology (HNLP), non-directive therapy, behavioral psychology and neuroscience. In it you’ll learn:

· The three ways people misrepresent information internally (and how it can be corrected)

· How neuroplasticity works in coaching (and how to harness it)

· The one powerful word you can use that helps clients see a problem from the “outside”

You’ll also learn over 20 “power questions” that can instantly help clients get a new perspective on their problems.

I’m Greg Lawrence. As a transformational coach I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out what really happens in the space between stimulus and response, and in this webinar I’ll show you what I finally out together (hint: it’s probably not what you think).

This fun and informative webinar includes detailed “how-to” instruction based on proven techniques, backed up by numerous examples and case studies. Everyone who signs up will receive a recording of the webinar, as well as a PDF with reference material to help you get started.

You don’t need to “do therapy” and you won’t need to change the way you work with people. You can still do you, just add in these powerful tools as you see fit and at your own pace.

Whether you’re a newly certified coach or a seasoned therapist chances are you’ll learn something you didn’t know by attending this webinar.

“I joined Greg’s class to deepen my coaching practice. His class not only served as a valuable review for me as an NLP trainer but also provided a clear vision for incorporating these insights into my own practice.”

Linnette I. Vasquez, NLP Trainer & Master Coach

If you know how to help people think differently you can help them feel differently, which is one of the goals of coaching.
