Join us for Trans+Connect: Later in Life Edition, an online peer-support group hosted by Not A Phase, tailored for trans+ individuals exploring their gender journey later in life. Led by Jason Potts and James Dean, two knowledgeable and compassionate advocates, this session offers a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Whether you’re navigating late-stage transition, coming out later in life, or simply exploring your gender identity, this group offers a safe environment to ask questions and find solidarity with others on similar paths. Let’s come together to celebrate our unique journeys and support each other in this important chapter.
