Sex Magick: A course on the history and practice of ritual intimacy

Sex Magick is one of the most deeply misunderstood practices adopted by Western occultists. Attendees will learn its link to the religious narratives of the Ancient Near East (including Egypt and Palestine), global Kabbalist traditions, Asian tantra and medieval Christianity. They’ll also come to understand how Victorian era and modern magicians adapted and innovated these rituals–for better and worse. We’ll also be learning how to create the personalized sigils used in this form of ritual. This topic is approachable and welcoming to all genders, solitary, poly or coupled people.
